Role Description Directly reporting to Operations Manager, responsible in smooth implementation of procedure and policies of warehouse operations such as receiving, stock management and delivery. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Plans and performs work that involves in stock management such as receiving, inspecting, stock count, unloading, labelling and delivery of items and products.
Supervise the Warehouse Staff\xe2\x80\x99s work programs and ensure proper execution.
Exercise general control over all activities at the store.
Ensures the proper implementation of the established policies and procedures related to Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System and Warehouse Activities.
Ensures safe keeping of all documented information related to receiving, storing and dispatch of items/products.
Maintains the inventory systems and ensures that it is up to date.
Coordinate concerns arise from warehouse activities to all related departments and 5PL Management.
Provide suggestions and recommendations to Warehouse Manager in lieu with Continuous Improvement.
Conducts toolbox meeting, awareness training and orientation to all staff of Warehouse Department.
Prepares Periodic Progress Report related to the Warehouse Overall Activities.
Ensures that all defective items/products are segregated and properly labelled.
Ensures that items/products are dispatch in accordance to customer, regulatory and statutory requirements.
Performs related activities as instructed by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
MBA in Supply Chain Management, B. Com or equivalent degree.
Minimum of 6 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience working as Warehouse Supervisor or Related Experience.
Minimum of 10 years in an Operational role, 6 years in a management position.
Must have FMCG Food Warehouse Management experience.
Experience of any 3PL Logistic Operations and Process.
