Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full supply chain cycle -- from procurement to production logistics -- ensuring smooth and cost-efficient operations aligned with manufacturing timelines and demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end supply chain activities (International ) Coordinate closely with production and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. Optimize inventory levels to support manufacturing schedules without overstocking. Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries. Implement best practices to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance. Prepare accurate reports on stock levels, supplier performance, logistics costs, and project timelines. Ensure compliance with Qatar's import/export regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 6--7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow management. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP,) and MS Office tools. Knowledge of Qatar Customs procedures is highly desirable. Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Lubricant experience is advantage
