Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Operations / Supply Chain Specialist

to manage and optimize day-to-day operational and supply chain functions for our building material trading business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading operations, with a focus on procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination and logistics within the UAE or GCC market.

This role is key in ensuring timely availability of products, smooth internal coordination, and efficient support to the sales and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Logistics:

Oversee daily operations including order processing, stock movement, warehouse coordination and delivery scheduling. Monitor and manage logistics arrangements for incoming and outgoing shipments (local and international). Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory handling, stock audits and dispatch planning. Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and local regulations.

Supply Chain & Procurement:

Manage procurement of building materials from local and international suppliers as per project or stock requirements. Track material demand, maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid stock outs or overstocking. Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules. Prepare and maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier agreements and procurement documentation.

Coordination & Reporting:

Collaborate closely with the sales, accounts and warehouse departments for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain and update records of shipments, inventory, procurement and vendor transactions in ERP or inventory systems. Analyze operational performance, delivery timelines and cost-saving opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency. Generate regular operational reports and dashboards for management review.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
