Logistics & Supply Chain Manager - Trading Operations

to manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities for our international trading operations. The role focuses on procurement coordination, inbound shipments, inventory control, and supplier follow-ups across global markets including

China, India, and the UK

This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination skills, operational discipline, and the ability to streamline processes while working closely with internal teams and overseas suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up on

purchase orders

with international suppliers. Track

inbound shipments

, delivery timelines, and logistics schedules. Manage

import documentation

, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and customs-related paperwork. Monitor and maintain

inventory levels

, stock movement, and replenishment cycles. Prepare

inventory and logistics reports

for management review. Work closely with a

team of 4

to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Liaise with internal departments such as finance, sales, and warehouse teams. Identify gaps and

implement new systems, SOPs, and process improvements

to improve efficiency. Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

3-7 years of experience

in logistics, supply chain, or operations within a

trading or manufacturing company

. Prior experience dealing with

international suppliers

(China, India, UK preferred). Strong understanding of

procurement coordination, customs documentation, and inventory cycles

. Hands-on, proactive, and well-organized with strong follow-up skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams. Proficiency in

Excel / ERP / inventory systems

is an advantage.
Note: Experience in trading companies is required. Candidates from pure shipping or freight-forwarding backgrounds may not be suitable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
