What You'll Be Doing
Handle shipment clearance, documentation, and compliance
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, procurement teams, and internal departments
Manage import/export procedures and liaise with customs & regulatory authorities
Track shipments, follow up on deliveries, and resolve delays
Support procurement activities including PO processing & vendor coordination
Maintain accurate inventory, logistics, and procurement records
Ensure full compliance with company policies, shipping standards, and supply chain regulations
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement
Preferably from a logistics, shipping, or trading environment
Strong knowledge of customs clearance, import/export, and freight procedures
Experience coordinating with suppliers & transporters
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
