- Works within the established procedures on the existing processes
- Updated knowledge on new regulations for imports/exports to all GCC countries, Iraq & Pakistan
- Familiar with Incoterms and International & Local cargo movements by Air, Sea & Road
- Previous experience working with Letter of Credit
- Familiar with UAE/FZ/GCC customs procedures, HS codes & customs documentations
- Preparations and Issuance of Purchase order to Forwarders & Vendors, updating trackers
- Import/export permits from government office (MOH/MOFA/SERA/MOI) for chemicals & restricted goods
- Protect and ensure compliance & Implementation of QHSE / IMS policies and processes as per The Employer requirements.
- Being responsible towards Co\xe2\x80\x99s Environnement\xe2\x80\x99s specific sustainable development commitments.
- 3 -5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
- Computer Skills (ERP Systems, Excel, Word)
- Excellent language skills in English(Speak & Write) and Hindi(Speak) as well since there will be lot of interactions with the Transport drivers
- Shall be proficient in using EDMS and support the document control as and when needed
- Good communication skills as there will be interaction with customers
