Amazon Web Services (AWS) has an exciting internship opportunity in Dubai available for a UAE national with family book. AWS are committed to contributing towards the UAE\'s goal of employing 75,000 Emiratis in the private sector and Ministerial Resolution No.279.

AWS is growing rapidly, and we are looking for Logistics Specialist Interns to join our expanding team on a 12 week full-time internship program in our Data Center in Dubai South.

This position will support our procurement and supply chain operations. Work prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to react quickly are critical to being successful.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to join a creative, dynamic team of Logistics Specialists, dedicated to providing our customers with a world class customer service. Be a part of operating the world\'s largest cloud computing infrastructure.

Duties include:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained
Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts
Loading and unloading shipments and transporting parts between different locations.
Maintain precise records of all commodities going in and out of company.

Amazon internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks, in Summer 2023. This position requires the intern to report to work onsite on a daily basis. Intern schedules are typically day schedules, Monday-Friday. A full time position could involve day, evening, or weekend shifts and on-call rotations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• In pursuit of a Technical/Bachelors Degree within a relevant technical field such as Supply Chain, Logistics or similar with 2024 graduation date
• UAE National with family book

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service experience
• Ability to manage work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with Manager.
