Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in logistics, including freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and transportation services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement, contract renewals, and upselling of services.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring service excellence.
Strategy & Planning:
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Participate in the creation and execution of strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
