Job Description

Beeline Shipping LLC is actively seeking a motivated Field-Based Logistics Sales Executive (NVOCC) for Dubai Branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and promoting containerized shipping services.

Responsibilities

a) Identify and pursue business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events

b) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.

c) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both new and existing clients.

d) Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and develop strategies accordingly

e) Negotiate contracts and rates with customers and carriers, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

g) Coordinate with operations and customs teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments from origin to destination.

h) Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business for NVOCC and freight forwarding services

i) Achieve sales targets by acquiring and maintaining key clients in the UAE market.

Requirements:-

1. Experience required : 1+ years of proven experience in logistics sales (NVOCC experience preferred).

2. Qualification - Any degree

3. Knowledge of freight forwarding, ocean freight, and container logistics.

4. Strong communication and persuasion skills.

5. Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

6. Willing to work in Dubai location(Field based )

7. NVOCC experience required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
