We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive with a minimum of 7 years of specialized sales experience in the NVOCC sector to manage high-volume clients and aggressively expand our market share in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Generate and close NVOCC sales for high-volume FCL and LCL ocean freight services.
Negotiate and secure long-term shipping contracts with major BCOs (Beneficial Cargo Owners) and traders.
Achieve and consistently surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Manage a portfolio of key NVOCC accounts, ensuring profitability and strong retention.
Liaise closely with operations to ensure optimal slot utilization and documentation accuracy.
Requirements:
7+ years of proven sales experience exclusively within the NVOCC or Container Line industry.
Deep knowledge of the UAE maritime market, port procedures, and global trade lanes.
Expertise in ocean freight pricing, slot management, and import/export documentation.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
Highly target-driven and capable of managing an independent sales pipeline.
Valid UAE Driving License is essential.
