Design and implement efficient supply chain and transportation strategies. Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and warehouse teams for timely delivery of goods. Monitor inventory levels and suggest reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Analyze shipping data and costs to identify areas for savings and process improvement. Prepare detailed logistics reports and present insights to management. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal policies. Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide rapid solutions to minimize disruptions. Use logistics software and tools to track shipments and optimize routes. Collaborate with procurement and operations to align logistics with business needs. Maintain strong communication with clients regarding shipment status and timelines.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in logistics planning or transportation coordination. Proficient in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS platforms). Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and efficiency. * Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations calmly.
