Are you a logistics professional with a "make it happen" mindset? QBH Logistics is looking for a dynamic

Logistics Operations Executive

to streamline our supply chain and ensure seamless delivery across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Coordination:

Oversee daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.

Customs & Compliance:

Manage documentation for Qatar Customs (Bayan system) and ensure compliance with Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations.

Vendor Management:

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and local transport providers to negotiate rates and monitor performance.

Warehouse Oversight:

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and optimized storage.

Problem Solving:

Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods claims, and logistical bottlenecks in real-time.
? Candidate Requirements

Experience:

3+ years in logistics or supply chain operations (Experience within Qatar/GCC is highly preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.

Skills:

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.

Regulations:

Strong understanding of Qatar's import/export laws and Port/Airport clearance procedures.

Communication:

Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).

Status:

Must be currently residing in Qatar with a

Transferable Visa & NOC


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
