The Role
Responsibilities and Duties: . Support the Head of Customer Service with the daily tasks . Prepare delivery documents (local and export) . Follow up and update system for orders dispatch, arrival & receiving and coordinate with the customers & sales team. . Prepare offers and Proforma invoices, LPOs, and letters . Prepare bank documents (L/Cs and collections) . Follow-up on pending payments, overdue payments, etc . Prepare reminder letters for customers . Prepare and update weekly reports and send them to top management . Prepare weekly demand table (weekly production table) . Coordinate the stickers . Book containers with shipping lines for export orders . Freight and local transportation cost reduction. . Identifying new clients and customers that might benefit from Baalbaki's product portfolio . Liaising with clients to understand their needs and report on progress . Develop and maintain mutually rewarding relationships with customers . Use technical know-how to persuade customers that our products best satisfy their requirements . Use skills to convince customers that our products and services are the best available in terms of price, quality, and on-time delivery . Prepare needed reports for head office and management . Meet regular sales forecasts . Record all relative market and customer contact and detailed data
