Job Description
Role Brief:
The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of international trade logistics including imports, exports and cross trade shipments. The role requires management of our international supply chain as well coordination with customers for export shipments by sea and land.
The role will require management of shipping companies and other 3PL providers to ensure efficient and well organized operations. They will need to liaise with inspection bodies to ensure compliance with certification standards as well as coordinate with internal departments including purchasing, sales and finance.
The routine responsibilities will require in depth knowledge and understanding of Dubai Customs and procedures including E-mirsal as well as operations of UAE ports and free zones. They will require to be conversant with banking trade finance including letters of credit.

- Logistics qualification and experience.
- Experience of international trade environments.
- Strong logic and numerical aptitude.
- Effective problem-solving
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Degree/ Certification in IT is desirable.
- Skilled in reporting and use of analytical tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven capability of team working in dynamic environments.
- Driving license.
