Expediting & Follow up on order execution-related issues OA receipt, Payment terms & delivery dates.
Preparation of Letters of credit and tracking their issuance with banks.
Reporting delivery & shipping status updates for all issued Purchase Orders
Handling Nafeza transactions with the customs clearing agents.
Manage all communication with team members and ensure compliance with timeframe and quality
Support the implementation of the QHSE Management System as per standards( Quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, Environment management system ISO 14001: 2015, and Safety Management system ISO 45001: 2018) while performing his / her work.
Committed to all occupational health and safety instructions and regulations according to Egyptian law, along with company policy towards occupational health and safety
Comply with applicable ethics and legislations referred to in Veolia's code of conduct policy, particularly in the fight against corruption and influence peddling.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience
Commercial or Logistics background
