We are looking for Logistic Officer. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the operations of Smile Link Dental Lab. The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an organization, ensuring that all business processes are running efficiently and effectively. The Operations Officer will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving organizational performance, and will be responsible for managing staff and resources to achieve organizational goals. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards. Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments. Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise. Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance. Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Good knowledge of operations management. Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss. Good Experience in making Company needed Flowcharts and specify its basic KPIs. Experience in using Microsoft Applications to at least Intermediate level (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Good Knowledge in Logistics and supply Chain Management.
