Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the loading, dispatch, and storage of precast products, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in the precast industry and a strong understanding of logistics operations within the UAE/GCC. This role involves daily yard inspections, equipment checks, and coordination with production and QA teams to guarantee efficient and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise loading of trucks to ensure correct product, quantity, and orientation Verify loading matches the dispatch sheet before release. Ensure proper tagging and identification of stored products. Conduct daily yard inspections for safety, orderliness, and hazards. Check equipment (slings, forklifts, cranes) for safe working condition. Assist in locating products quickly for urgent dispatches. Communicate with production and QA for product readiness. Report product damages, misplacements, or space issues to the Logistics In-Charge.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 2
years of UAE/GCC experience in the precast or construction field
(mandatory). Familiarity with inventory management, dispatch coordination, and logistics planning. Strong organizational and communication skills. Availability to join immediately is preferred.Job Type: Full-time
