Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Yard Operations
Assist in planning daily delivery schedules for precast elements
Coordinate with production team to confirm element readiness
Supervise loading and unloading of precast elements
Ensure correct loading sequence and safe handling
Transport Coordination
Coordinate with drivers for delivery timing and routes
Communicate with site supervisors regarding delivery schedules
Handle basic delivery issues such as delays or access problems
Safety
Follow and enforce basic safety rules during lifting and transport
Ensure proper use of spacers, supports, and load securing
Report unsafe conditions or damages immediately
Reporting
Maintain basic delivery records
Report daily activities, delays, or issues to senior staff
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in precast concrete yard, logistics, or site coordination
Basic knowledge of precast elements (panels, beams, columns, slabs)
Experience working with cranes, riggers, or loading teams
Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and site staff
Physically fit and willing to work in yard conditions
Preferred (Advantage)
UAE construction experience
Foreman, lead rigger, or senior helper background
Basic English communication (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
