Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Fleet Manager with a strong background in the car rental industry to manage fleet operations, vehicle logistics, utilization, and maintenance while ensuring high service quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day fleet and logistics operations Ensure optimal vehicle availability and utilization Coordinate vehicle allocation, dispatch, and returns Monitor maintenance schedules, servicing, and repairs Manage vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, permits) Control fleet costs, fuel usage, and operational expenses Coordinate with vendors, workshops, and insurance providers Handle breakdowns, accidents, and replacement logistics Maintain fleet records and reports using fleet/CRM systems

Requirements

Proven experience in car rental or fleet management (mandatory) Strong understanding of logistics, routing, and fleet optimization Experience managing large vehicle fleets Knowledge of maintenance planning and vendor management Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel / fleet management systems Valid driving license (preferred)

Experience in corporate leasing or long-term rentals Knowledge of GPS tracking and telematics systems Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
