About the Role:

We're seeking a

Experienced Business Manager

to run the day-to-day operations of our rent-a-car company. You will act as overall supervisor--fleet, people, revenue, customer experience, and compliance--so the business operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Branch Control:

Oversee reservations, check-in/out, contracts, deposits, collections, petty cash, and daily EOD reports.

Fleet Management:

Utilization planning, rotation, maintenance schedules, repairs, tyres/batteries, mileage control, accident/insurance claims, RTA testing/Tasjeel,

Mulkiya

renewals.

Customer Excellence:

Resolve escalations, enforce service standards, manage replacements/roadside assistance, handle refunds/charges fairly.

Revenue & Cost Control:

Achieve monthly targets, manage pricing/discounts, reduce idle fleet, monitor

Salik

/fines/fuel, and control operational expenses.

People Leadership:

Schedule and supervise rental agents, drivers, and cleaners; recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage the team.

Compliance:

Ensure RTA, insurance, contract terms, and basic

VAT (5%)

documentation compliance.

Reporting:

Daily KPI dashboard (utilization, revenue, AR, overdue contracts, damage & maintenance costs) and weekly owner updates.

Vendors & Partners:

Coordinate with workshops, parts suppliers, insurance, breakdown services, and marketplace/OTA partners.

Must-Have Qualifications

6-8 years

UAE experience in car rental (branch/operations/business manager or similar). Strong command of

rental workflows

: reservations, contracts, deposits, extensions, collections, refunds. Proven

team leadership

(rosters, targets, coaching, discipline). Solid knowledge of

RTA/Tasjeel, Mulkiya renewals, Salik, traffic fines, insurance claims

.

Valid UAE Driving License.

Proficient with rental/ERP software, MS Excel/Google Sheets; accurate cash & card handling. Languages:

Fluent English,

Hindi

preferred;

Arabic

is a plus.
