Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for supporting the front-line sales team with the required documents (pre & post-sales documents) like Material submittals, P&ID diagrams, Layout drawings, Method statements, Operation & Maintenance. Manuals, Warranty certificates, or any other required documents by customers.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for liaising with the procurement team or independently with suppliers to get the quotes or any other technical details required by the Sales Engineer.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for the Process of customer PO and preparing sales orders and maintaining electronic records on the shared folder.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible to Coordinate with the logistic team for updates on the material ordered from different suppliers and keeping the sales team updated about the movements.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for liaising with the engineering team for project orders.
\xe2\x80\x93 Plan, Organize, Execute, and follow up for delivery to customers and ensure that materials/services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
\xe2\x80\x93 Coordinate with customers for getting approval for items delivered wherever required.
\xe2\x80\x93 Process Delivery notes, Material receipt notes for invoicing.
\xe2\x80\x93 Take a periodical stock count.

\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 4-5 years of logistics experience in an engineering/manufacturing-based organization.
\xe2\x80\x93 Education: Graduation.
