Job Title: HSE Engineer (Building Construction | OSHAD Certified)

We are seeking a

HSE Engineer

with extensive experience in

building and construction projects

and a valid

OSHAD certification

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site safety on major construction projects and ensuring full compliance with UAE HSE regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor the project HSE Plan in line with

OSHAD-SF

and company policies Ensure compliance with

local and international HSE regulations

(OSHAD, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across construction sites Lead incident/accident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to site teams Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems and emergency procedures Liaise with client and regulatory bodies on all HSE matters Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Engineering or relevant discipline

Minimum 12 years

of HSE experience in

building/construction projects

Valid OSHAD Certificate

(mandatory) NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (preferred) In-depth knowledge of

UAE HSE laws and regulations

Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills Previous experience on high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or residential complexes

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
