Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and
coordinate daily deliveries
for catering and customer orders. Assign routes and tasks to drivers efficiently. Monitor driver performance and ensuretimely delivery
. Track delivery status and communicate updates to customers or internal teams. Resolve issues such aslate deliveries, traffic delays, or order discrepancies
. Maintain accuratedelivery records and reports
. Ensure drivers comply withsafety, hygiene, and company protocols
. Collaborate with the catering and kitchen teams toprioritize urgent orders
.Requirements:
Proven experience in
logistics, delivery coordination, or transportation management
. Knowledge ofroute planning and driver scheduling
. Strongcommunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
. Ability tomultitask and work under time pressure
. Customer-focused with attention to detail. Familiarity withdelivery apps, tracking systems, or GPS tools
is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
