Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation scheduling and documentation.
Oversee daily operations of the cold store, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor temperature control systems to ensure proper storage conditions.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure all logistics and cold store activities comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, shipments, and cold store performance.
Assist in resolving delivery or storage issues efficiently and promptly.
Support the logistics manager in optimizing routes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience
in logistics coordination and cold store operations.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and cold storage handling.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with UAE logistics and cold chain standards is a plus.
