Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Coordination

Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments within the UAE.

Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.

Track deliveries and update internal teams on shipment status.

Documentation & Customs (UAE-Specific)

Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.

Support customs documentation and clearance procedures for UAE ports and free zones (JAFZA, DAFZA, AD Ports, etc.).

Maintain records of import/export documents, HS codes, and certificates.

Warehousing & Inventory

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.

Support warehouse activities including receiving, labeling, and organizing goods.

Administrative Support

Update ERP/WMS systems with shipment and inventory data.

Prepare in/out reports on daily operations.

Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and accounts.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

2-4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain (UAE experience preferred).

Basic knowledge of UAE customs procedures and shipping documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics systems.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
