Job Description
We are hiring a Female - Filipino National for the role of Logistics Assistant in Dubai. Our client is an international company that supplies an extensive range of products to all major international markets with corporate offices strategically located in the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa and Oceania.
Send instructions to suppliers
Organize loading with suppliers and freight forwarders
Check docs copy, organize amendments with related teams
Inform AP team for originals release needed
Input data in Oracle and ship confirm
Send approved document copies to the bank
Save copy of all documents on the server and print hard copy
Work together with colleagues
