Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

operations and ensure timely delivery of shipments to international customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in

, strong coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple shipments efficiently under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Operations

Manage the complete export process, including order confirmation, documentation, shipping, and delivery. Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams for timely readiness and dispatch of export orders. Prepare and verify export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading/airway bills. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation standards. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents for timely booking and dispatch of shipments.

2. Logistics & Coordination

Plan and manage logistics operations to optimize cost, transit time, and reliability. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery to overseas customers. Resolve logistics or customs issues for smooth clearance at ports. Maintain records of shipments, freight rates, and carrier performance. Negotiate freight rates and services with transporters and shipping companies.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Support

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams for order fulfillment. Assist in forecasting and planning export shipments based on customer schedules. Support initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

4. Reporting & Communication

Provide regular updates on shipment status to management and customers. Prepare monthly reports on export performance, freight costs, and delivery timelines. Maintain proper documentation to support audits and internal/external reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.

2-5 years of experience

in export logistics or international supply chain management. Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, shipping procedures, and customs regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments under tight timelines.
