Role Overview:

The Logistics & Sourcing Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring all client requirements and project deliverables are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong managerial, organizational, and negotiation skills to ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all logistics and sourcing activities, from procurement to final delivery. Collaborate with clients to understand project-specific requirements and translate them into actionable logistics and sourcing plans. Ensure all project checklists, documentation, and compliance standards are met prior to execution and delivery. Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and transportation to ensure optimal efficiency and cost management. Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships; evaluate vendors for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to maximize value and minimize risk. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, including shipment timelines, costs, and productivity. Prepare and manage purchase orders, shipping documents, and transaction records with accuracy and transparency. Conduct regular market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. Provide weekly updates on deliveries, project status, and key logistics milestones. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics operations and enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Proven experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management (preferably in a project-based environment). Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. In-depth knowledge of compliance, documentation, and import/export regulations. Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
