Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient

LogiKal Engineer

with hands-on experience using

Orgadata's LogiKal software

for aluminum and facade system design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and production-ready data for aluminum systems used in curtain walls, windows, doors, and facades.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed

fabrication drawings

, cutting lists, and machining data using

Orgadata LogiKal

software. Develop

accurate material take-offs (MTOs)

and bill of quantities (BOQs) based on project specifications and shop drawings. Customize and configure

aluminum system profiles and accessories

within LogiKal based on supplier catalogs. Coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure seamless flow of information. Assist project and site teams by providing

technical support

on fabrication details, system limitations, and feasibility. Perform

system configuration

in LogiKal for non-standard or custom facade solutions. Ensure compatibility of generated data with

CNC machines

and fabrication tools. Stay updated with new features, updates, and modules released by

Orgadata

and implement improvements in workflows. Maintain organized project files and support in developing

standardized templates and libraries

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Architecture

, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years

of hands-on experience with

Orgadata LogiKal

software in the aluminum/facade industry.

Software Proficiency:

Expert-level knowledge of

LogiKal (Orgadata)

Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

and MS Office Suite

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

aluminum profile systems

(Schuco, Technal, Reynaers, etc.) Familiar with

curtain wall, window, door, and structural glazing

systems

Other Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and under pressure
