Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

LogiKal Engineer

with proven hands-on experience using

Orgadata's LogiKal software

to support the design and fabrication of

aluminum systems

in curtain walls, windows, doors, and facades. You will play a critical role in producing fabrication-ready data and ensuring smooth coordination between design, estimation, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Generate

fabrication drawings

,

cutting lists

, and

machining data

using

Orgadata LogiKal

software. Prepare accurate

Material Take-Offs (MTOs)

and

Bill of Quantities (BOQs)

based on project drawings and specifications. Configure and customize aluminum system profiles and accessories in LogiKal according to supplier catalogs (e.g., Schuco, Technal, Reynaers). Collaborate with

design

,

estimation

, and

production

teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in project execution. Provide technical support to project and site teams on system limitations, fabrication details, and customization feasibility. Develop system configurations in LogiKal for

non-standard facade solutions

or custom profile integrations. Ensure compatibility of generated data with

CNC machines

and other fabrication technologies. Stay updated on Orgadata LogiKal software enhancements and incorporate new features into standard workflows. Maintain organized project files and contribute to the development of

standardized templates

libraries

internal protocols

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical Engineering

,

Architecture

, or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years of direct experience using

Orgadata LogiKal software

within the aluminum/facade industry.

Technical Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in

LogiKal (Orgadata)

. Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

and

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, Outlook). Deep understanding of aluminum facade systems, including:

Curtain walls

Windows and doors

Structural glazing

Soft Skills:

Strong

attention to detail

and high

accuracy

in documentation. Effective

communication

and

technical coordination

abilities. Ability to

work independently

, manage multiple projects, and perform under pressure.
