We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Facade Designer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facade systems and aluminium works, with a solid understanding of production drawings, cutting list preparation, and 2D material optimization.

Experience with

LOGIKAL / Orgadata

software is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed

shop drawings

,

fabrication drawings

, and

cutting lists

for facade elements including curtain walls, windows, doors, and cladding systems. Perform

2D optimization

to ensure efficient material use and minimize waste. Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop compliant and practical facade designs. Collaborate with engineering, project, and fabrication teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines. Ensure all designs meet quality standards and relevant building codes. Maintain organized drawing files, revision logs, and related documentation.

Requirements:

3-5 years

of experience in facade design, particularly with aluminium and glazing systems. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proficient in

AutoCAD

and other relevant design software. Solid experience in preparing

cutting lists

,

material take-offs

, and

production details

. Strong understanding of facade construction techniques and systems. Experience with

LOGIKAL / Orgadata

is a

plus

. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

Experience working with curtain wall, unitized, or structural glazing systems. Familiarity with fabrication and installation processes in aluminium works.
