Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed facade designs, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings using
LogiKal and AutoCAD
.
Prepare cutting lists, optimization reports, and material take-offs in line with project requirements.
Design and detail facade systems including
curtain walls, unitized systems, aluminum doors/windows, ACP cladding, skylights, and glazing systems
.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with
UAE building codes, project specifications, and industry standards
.
Review technical specifications, perform structural assessments, and ensure design feasibility.
Provide technical support to estimation, procurement, production, and installation teams.
Stay updated with UAE facade industry practices, suppliers, and new materials.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
.
3-5 years of UAE experience
in facade design and aluminum/glass systems.
Proficiency in
LogiKal (mandatory)
and expertise in
AutoCAD
.
Strong knowledge of
curtain wall, glazing, ACP cladding, and aluminum systems
.
Familiarity with
UAE facade market practices, suppliers, and fabrication/installation methods
.
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to deliver precise, high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
