Job Title: Location Manager - Labor Camps

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Location Manager to oversee the daily operations of our labor camps in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the camps, managing staff, and providing excellent accommodation and services to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the labor camps, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security
- Oversee the camp's budget and ensure cost-effective management
- Supervise and train camp staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and suppliers as needed
- Handle resident issues and concerns, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including occupancy, maintenance, and incidents
- Ensure the camp is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
