Job Description
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and support the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and collective targets. Provide training and coaching to improve team performance.Sales Strategy Implementation:
Execute company sales strategies at the local level. Monitor market trends and adjust tactics to meet objectives.Inventory & Distribution Oversight:
Manage stock levels and distribution to ensure availability. Ensure timely delivery to clients and resolve any distribution issues.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.Reporting & Analysis:
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Prepare reports on team performance and market insights for senior management.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
