As a Lobby Coffee Man, you will be the face of our lobby beverage service-crafting specialty coffees, serving guests with genuine hospitality, and elevating the overall guest experience through warm interactions and attention to detail.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly do:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Offer personalized, attentive service to guests in the lobby and public areas
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee station at all times
- Assist with replenishing supplies and ensuring proper stock levels
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Represent InterContinental's values through exceptional guest engagement and presentation
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation
- Warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining service quality
- Professional grooming and a guest-focused attitude
- Arabic Speaking is preferred
