The Role

Position Title:

Lobby Ambassador - 5Hotel (2 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6,350 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE : Welcome guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide directions or hotel information. About the Client: A 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that embodies a perfect blend of heritage, modern luxury, and exceptional service. o Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service. o Escort guests when needed and monitor the lobby to keep it clean, organized, and guest-friendly. o Handle guest concerns, support VIP arrivals, and stay updated on hotel services, facilities, and safety standards.


Requirements

Female, 28 years old below o Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or customer-facing roles within luxury or 5-star hospitality; open to home-country experience. o Ability to multi-task, handle guest inquiries, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment; physically fit to stand and move for long periods. o Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and a warm, polished guest-service approach; a team player with a customer-first mindset and excellent coordination skills.
