Personal Loan Sales Executives
to join our growing team in Dubai. This position is open to
freshers and experienced candidates
with a passion for sales and customer service. If you are eager to build a career in
financial product sales
and work with top banking partners in the UAE, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
personal loan products
to eligible individual clients
Generate leads through
cold calling
, referrals, and field activities
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms
Guide customers through the application process and ensure accurate documentation
Meet or exceed
monthly sales targets
and KPIs
Maintain a pipeline of active leads and follow up regularly
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
Open to
freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
in sales or banking
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented, confident, and presentable
Basic understanding of
retail banking products
is an advantage
Must be
currently based in Dubai
and available for immediate joining
