Fintrek Marketing is hiring experienced and target-driven
Sales Executives for Personal Loans
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of
6 months UAE experience
in personal loan sales, with a strong understanding of the
banking and finance
industry. This role is ideal for candidates who have a proven record in
financial product sales
, are confident in lead generation, and can work under pressure to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell personal loan products to customers through outdoor and indoor sales channels
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and existing client networks
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by management
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly to clients
Maintain relationships with clients and follow up for repeat business or referrals
Ensure complete and accurate documentation for loan applications
Comply with all bank policies, procedures, and UAE Central Bank regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in personal loan sales within the UAE
Proven experience in
direct sales
,
financial services
, or
banking sales
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets independently
Must be currently based in the UAE
