Job Summary:
Fintrek Marketing is hiring
experienced and motivated Personal Loan Sales Executives
to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have
6 months to 1 year of sales experience
in
personal loans or retail banking
, either in the UAE or your home country, this is your opportunity to work with one of the region's top financial services providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
personal loan
products to individual clients
Generate leads through
cold calling
, referrals, and outdoor marketing
Meet and exceed
monthly sales targets
Explain loan features, terms, documentation, and eligibility clearly
Follow up with leads and ensure timely application submissions
Provide excellent service throughout the customer journey
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Candidate Requirements:
6 months to 1 year
of experience in
personal loan sales
(UAE or home country)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach
Knowledge of banking procedures and lending policies
Currently residing in
Dubai
or able to join immediately
Well-presented and fluent in English (additional languages like Hindi/Urdu are a plus)
