Job Summary:

Fintrek Marketing is looking to hire enthusiastic and driven

Sales Executives - Personal Loan

to join our expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is open to both

freshers and experienced candidates

who have a passion for sales and a desire to grow in the

financial services industry

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

to eligible customers. Generate leads through

cold calling

,

customer referrals

, and field engagement. Guide clients through the loan process, including product features, eligibility, and documentation. Consistently achieve and exceed

monthly sales targets

. Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships. Follow internal compliance and align with

UAE banking regulations

Requirements:

Open to both

freshers and experienced candidates

. Strong

communication

sales

skills. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Must be present in the

UAE

and ready to join immediately. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
