Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven

Sales Representative

to join our

Credit Card and Personal Loans - Business Banking

team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and selling banking products such as credit cards and personal loans to individuals and SME customers. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, customer relationship management, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

credit cards and personal loan

products to individual and small business clients. Achieve assigned

monthly sales targets

and KPIs. Generate new leads through

cold calling, referrals, outdoor sales, and networking

. Conduct

customer meetings

and explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and application process. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers, including application submission and follow-ups. Maintain strong

customer relationships

and ensure excellent

after-sales service

. Comply with all

banking policies

, regulatory guidelines, and

KYC/AML

requirements. Regularly update CRM systems and provide daily/weekly sales reports to management. Attend

sales training

sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product offerings and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

1-3 years

of direct sales experience Strong knowledge of

credit cards and personal loan

products. Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. Fluency in

English
