Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell personal loan products to individual clients Source new customers through cold calls, outdoor marketing, and referrals Clearly explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales Ability to work independently and in a competitive environment Must be currently residing in the UAE Willing to work in outdoor/field sales Immediate joiners preferred
