Job Summary:

Fintrek Marketing is hiring

Relationship Managers

and

Relationship Officers

to join our high-performing sales team in Abu Dhabi. If you have at least

1 year of experience

in

personal loans or credit card sales

in the UAE, this is your chance to step into a rewarding, fast-paced career with growth potential and attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan

and

credit card

products Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and networking Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships Ensure full compliance with banking procedures and documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in

personal loan or credit card sales

(UAE banking or DSA background preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player Able to handle field sales and meet targets under pressure Good knowledge of UAE financial services market
