Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
personal loan products
to salaried individuals across various sectors.
Generate leads through
cold calling, outdoor sales, and referrals
.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly
sales targets and KPIs
.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per bank compliance policies.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
personal loan sales
or a similar financial sales role in the UAE.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results in a target-driven environment.
Good understanding of UAE banking policies and financial products.
Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
