Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive - Personal Loan

to join our financial sales team. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal loan sales within the UAE

, along with excellent communication and customer handling skills. If you're motivated by targets and growth, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

to salaried individuals. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals. Assess client needs and suggest appropriate loan options based on eligibility. Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets. Ensure all documentation is accurate and in line with compliance standards. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

personal loan sales in the UAE

. Good knowledge of loan products and credit policies. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet sales targets. Must be currently based in the UAE and ready for immediate joining.
