We are seeking dynamic and results-driven

Personal Loan Sales Executives

to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in

selling personal loans within the UAE financial or banking sector

. If you are motivated by targets and career growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and close new leads for personal loan products. Promote and sell

personal finance solutions

to salaried individuals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan process. Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank and internal guidelines. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in

personal loan sales or direct banking sales

in the UAE. Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed personal loan sales targets. Knowledge of personal finance, credit checks, and eligibility criteria. Must be currently residing in the UAE.
