Job Description

:

• Conduct routine checks on all forklifts in the loading area to ensure availability and proper working condition for operations.
• Guide trailer drivers to park correctly in designated loading bays.
• Collect picklists from drivers and hand them over to forklift operators for loading.
• Coordinate and manage all driver inquiries in the loading area.
• Participate in picking activities, including arranging damaged bags for recycling and storage, and preparing loose materials for loading.
• Ensure materials are properly checked before and after loading and sign off on the picklist.
• Coordinate the generation of Delivery Orders (DO) and hand them over to drivers before they leave the loading bay.
• Oversee material dispatch and supervise loading and unloading activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records (weekly count).
• Ensure proper handling of goods and strict adherence to safety standards during all loading operations.

EHS Responsibilities

• Participate in EHS activities (training, hazard assessments, etc.) for his department.
• Identify the EHS-Critical Activities in his department and develop strategy for control of identified hazards.
• Identify all EHS-Critical Activities associated with his department and assign ownership of these

Qualification & Experience:

• BS in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Good command of English and Urdu
• Good command of basic computer skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• High sense of responsibility and discipline.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to cope and work under stress
