Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries during live sessions via comments and messages
Share product details, prices, and availability in real time
Record orders, leads, and customer details for follow-up
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing
Manage messages during live sessions
Ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly and professionally
Prepare product codes, descriptions, and availability before live sessions
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and live session performance
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, admin work, or online support preferred
Strong communication and fast typing skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced live session environment
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Organized, responsible, and customer-focused
Basic computer skills for updating records and managing chats
