We are seeking a proactive and adaptable

Technical & Customer Support Admin

to manage app operations and provide customer support in a startup environment. This role involves monitoring app performance, handling basic configurations, resolving user queries, and coordinating with technical teams and vendors.

Key Requirements:



Strong communication skills Basic knowledge of mobile/web apps and online tools Organized, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset Willing to learn and work flexibly

Duties & Responsibilities:



Monitor app performance and manage basic settings or updates Report technical issues and coordinate with developers/vendors Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot minor issues Collect feedback and update user guides or FAQs Assist with testing, app rollouts, and operational workflows Support internal teams by tracking tasks and managing technical requests
