Purpose of the role
Business support admin is responsible for creating and maintaining product data, ensuring compliance with EU regulations, and safeguarding data quality across multiple segments.
Key Responsibilities
Create product records
Update product details
Handle product queries
Check data accuracy
Maintain correct product data
Ensure data compliance
Improve data quality
Qualifications
Technical skills:
ERP system experience
Data management
MS office - focus on MS excel and Outlook
Experience and knowledge in customs code/ HS codes and process improvements will be an advantage
Soft skills:
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate within a team environment
Other skills
Fluent in English
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree
3 to 5 years or relevant experience
